Copyright & Usage

All images taken during the event remain the property of Zain Shaikh Wedding Photography. Clients are granted permission to use the images for personal purposes. Commercial use or third-party distribution requires prior written consents.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, and any rescheduling may incur additional fees depending on availability.

Delivery of Images

Final edited photos will be delivered via an online gallery or other agreed-upon method. The delivery timeframe will be communicated at the time of booking.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information to third parties, except as required for the completion of services (e.g., photo printing services).

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any necessary permissions (e.g., venue, guests) for photography are obtained in advance.
